Our services

We provide air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney cleaning, AC duct replacement and related residential and commercial work in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, Florida. Work outside that area is by agreement only.

Quotes and prices

• The price we quote for the described scope is the price you pay for that scope.
• A quote assumes normal access and normal conditions. If we find something different when we arrive, such as extra units, asbestos, mold, vermin, or damaged ducts, we stop and tell you the new price before continuing.
• Any additional work is only performed after you approve it.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

Appointments and cancellations

• We give you an arrival window, not an exact time, and we tell you when the technician is on the way.
• Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• If nobody is at the property during the agreed window and we cannot reach you, the visit counts as a no-show and we may charge a trip fee.

What we need from you

• That you are the owner, or have the owner's permission for the work.
• Safe access to the property, the equipment, the vents and the electrical panel, and a place to park the service vehicle.
• That pets are secured and fragile items are moved away from the work area.
• That you tell us about known hazards, such as asbestos, mold or structural damage, before we start.

Photos of the work

We document every job with before-and-after photos or video so you can see what was done. We may use those images to promote our work only if they do not identify your address or anything personal, and you can tell us not to use them at any time.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is finished, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.

Guarantee and its limits

We stand behind our workmanship. If something we cleaned or installed fails because of our work, tell us within 30 days and we return to correct it.

Cleaning improves airflow and reduces dust and buildup, but it is not a repair service and it cannot guarantee a cure for allergies, odors, mold or a failing system. Replacement work that requires permits or licensed contractor scope is performed under the applicable Florida requirements.

Liability

We carry insurance and we are responsible for damage we cause by our own negligence. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, defects or damage that we simply uncovered, or for failures of equipment that was already at the end of its life.

Messages and marketing

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may contact you about your service by call, text and WhatsApp. Marketing messages require your agreement, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or telling us in the chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Website content

The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Prices, availability and content may change without notice.

Third-party platforms

Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Our promotions and ads are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, and any question about a promotion should be directed to us, not to Meta. Using those platforms also means accepting their own terms.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Before filing anything, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem directly. Most issues are settled with one phone call.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date your service is booked.
