Information we collect

We only collect what we need to quote and perform the work:

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email, service address, ZIP code, property details, the service you want, appointment preferences, and anything you write to us in chat, text or email.
• Service records: photos and video of the ducts, vents or equipment before and after the work, technician notes, invoices and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
• Information from Meta: when you reply to an ad, fill in an instant form, or message our page on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, Meta passes us the contact details you submitted and your message.
• Automatic website data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.

How we use your information

• Answer your question, prepare a quote and schedule the appointment.
• Perform the service, document it with before-and-after photos, and support any warranty claim.
• Send you appointment confirmations, arrival windows, invoices and follow-up.
• Improve our service, measure which ads bring real customers, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Send promotions or reminders when you have agreed to receive them.
• Comply with law, insurance, licensing and tax obligations.

Calls, text messages and WhatsApp

When you give us your phone number or write to us on WhatsApp or Messenger, you agree that we may contact you on that number about your quote, your appointment and your service, including by call, text message and WhatsApp.

Marketing messages are only sent if you agree to them, and agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages and HELP for help, or simply tell us in the chat.

Cookies, pixels and advertising tools

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API, to measure ad performance and show relevant ads.

When these tools are active, limited data such as pages viewed, actions taken and contact details in irreversible hashed form may be shared with Meta so it can match the event to an account and report results. We never send Meta your payment details or the content of your service photos.

You can limit interest-based ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, in your device settings, and by blocking cookies in your browser.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run our business: hosting, scheduling, messaging, invoicing and payment processing, under contract and only for those tasks.
• Advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta and Google, as described above, for measurement and advertising.
• Technicians and subcontractors who need the address and job details to perform the service.
• Authorities, insurers or advisors when the law requires it or to defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

We keep quotes, service records, photos and invoices for as long as needed to support warranty, insurance, tax and legal obligations, normally up to seven years. Leads that never become customers are deleted or anonymized within two years.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing.

Write to info@drcleanair.us or call (645) 248-7208. We answer within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we may keep records that the law requires us to keep.

How to delete your data

To have the data we obtained about you deleted, including data received through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp lead forms or ad conversations, send the word DELETE with the phone number or email you used to info@drcleanair.us, or send it to us in the same chat where you contacted us.

We confirm the deletion by the same channel within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

Security

We limit access to your information to the people who need it, use reputable providers, and protect our accounts with two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites and platforms

Our site and our ads may link to services we do not control, such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google and review platforms. Their own privacy policies apply to what they collect.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.
